HelpFix was kindly given the opportunity to plan and implement a series of improvements to a 4-bed 2-bath rental property within a definitive 4-week period.
One of the main elements of this refurbishment was the complete removal of the 2 old bath/shower rooms, which were taken back to the brickwork, completely re-plumbed, re-plastered, fitted out with Armitage Shanks suites and shower cubicles, new ladder radiators, new electric switches / isolators, new run-silent extractors, blinds and full decoration.
Other works included replacing damp floor joists, supplementary DPC chemical injections, key level pointing of brickwork, plastering and decoration of lounge, new carpets and floor coverings in communal areas, new curtains and venetian blinds, painting of feature walls in tenants' bedrooms.
We fully managed the project from start to finish, including development and management of the project timeline, engaged and managed all sub-contractors, detailed project cashflow for the client and delivered the project on-time and on-budget.
